1. Sözleşmenin Kabulü

Growzy uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak, bu Kullanım Koşullarını ("Koşullar") kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Hizmet Tanımı

Growzy, sosyal medya içerik üreticilerine yönelik AI destekli analiz ve içerik oluşturma aracıdır. Uygulama aşağıdaki hizmetleri sunar:

• Sosyal medya profil analizi
• AI destekli içerik önerileri
• Trend analizi ve raporlama
• Topluluk özellikleri
• İçerik planlama araçları

3. Kullanıcı Hesabı

3.1 Hesap Oluşturma

• Uygulamayı kullanmak için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekir.
• Doğru ve güncel bilgiler sağlamayı kabul edersiniz.
• Hesap güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
• 13 yaşından küçükseniz bu uygulamayı kullanamazsınız.

3.2 Hesap Güvenliği

• Şifrenizi gizli tutun.
• Şüpheli aktiviteleri derhal bildirin.
• Hesabınız üzerinden yapılan tüm işlemlerden sorumlusunuz.

4. Abonelik ve Ödemeler

4.1 Ücretsiz ve Pro Üyelik

• Uygulama temel özellikleri ücretsiz sunar.
• Pro üyelik aylık abonelik ile ek özellikler sağlar.
• Fiyatlar uygulama içinde ve App Store'da görüntülenir.

4.2 Otomatik Yenileme

• Abonelikler dönem sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir.
• Aboneliğinizi App Store ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz.
• İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
• Kısmi dönem için iade yapılmaz.

4.3 Fiyat Değişiklikleri

Abonelik fiyatlarını değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır. Değişiklikler önceden bildirilir ve mevcut aboneliğiniz sona erene kadar sizi etkilemez.

5. Kullanım Kuralları

5.1 Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

• Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlar için kullanın.
• Diğer kullanıcıların haklarına saygı gösterin.
• Spam veya yanıltıcı içerik paylaşmayın.

5.2 Yasak Davranışlar

• Uygulamayı kötü amaçlarla kullanmak
• Telif hakkı ihlali
• Hakaret, nefret söylemi veya taciz
• Virüs veya zararlı yazılım yaymak
• Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik ile çözümlemeye çalışmak
• Başkalarının hesaplarına yetkisiz erişim

6. İçerik

6.1 Kullanıcı İçeriği

• Paylaştığınız içeriklerden siz sorumlusunuz.
• Üçüncü taraf haklarını ihlal eden içerik paylaşmayın.
• İçeriğinizi topluluk kurallarına uygun tutun.

6.2 AI Tarafından Oluşturulan İçerik

• AI önerileri referans amaçlıdır.
• Üretilen içeriği kullanmadan önce kontrol edin.
• AI içeriğinin doğruluğunu garanti etmiyoruz.

7. Fikri Mülkiyet

7.1 Uygulama Hakları

Growzy ve tüm ilgili logolar, tasarımlar, kodlar ve içerikler, telif hakkı ve diğer fikri mülkiyet yasaları tarafından korunmaktadır.

7.2 Lisans

Size uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmak için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz.

8. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

• Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır.
• Kesintisiz veya hatasız hizmet garantisi vermiyoruz.
• Doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
• Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerinin kesintilerinden sorumlu değiliz.

9. Hesap Feshi

• Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
• Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır.
• Fesih durumunda verileriniz silinir (yasal gereklilikler hariç).

10. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirimle duyurulacaktır. Değişikliklerden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

11. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir ve bu yasalara göre yorumlanacaktır.

By downloading, installing, or using the Growzy application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Growzy is an AI-powered analysis and content creation tool for social media content creators. The App offers the following services:

• Social media profile analysis
• AI-powered content suggestions
• Trend analysis and reporting
• Community features
• Content planning tools

3. User Account

3.1 Account Creation

• You must create an account to use the App.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for account security.
• You cannot use this app if you are under 13 years old.

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your password confidential.
• Report suspicious activities immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free and Pro Membership

• The App offers basic features for free.
• Pro membership provides additional features with monthly subscription.
• Prices are displayed in the app and on the App Store.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from App Store settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• No refunds for partial periods.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Changes will be notified in advance and will not affect you until your current subscription ends.

5. Usage Rules

5.1 Acceptable Use

• Use the App only for legal purposes.
• Respect the rights of other users.
• Do not share spam or misleading content.

5.2 Prohibited Behavior

• Using the App for malicious purposes
• Copyright infringement
• Insults, hate speech, or harassment
• Spreading viruses or malware
• Attempting to reverse engineer the App
• Unauthorized access to others' accounts

6. Content

6.1 User Content

• You are responsible for the content you share.
• Do not share content that violates third-party rights.
• Keep your content compliant with community guidelines.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

• AI suggestions are for reference purposes.
• Review generated content before use.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI content.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 App Rights

Growzy and all related logos, designs, code, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is".
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not liable for direct or indirect damages.
• We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

9. Account Termination

• You can delete your account at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted (except for legal requirements).

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
